By accessing or using packd ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
packd is an AI-powered moving planner that helps users organize, plan, and execute residential moves. The Service includes AI-generated moving plans, local service provider recommendations, task management, box tracking, budget estimation, and related tools.
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current information during registration.
packd offers the following plans:
Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
The Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be automatically charged $5/month. You may cancel the trial at any time from your account settings.
Moving plans, checklists, cost estimates, service provider recommendations, and other content generated by our AI system are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, or otherwise). AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors. You should independently verify all recommendations, costs, and provider details before making decisions. packd is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated content.
packd connects users with third-party local service providers (movers, cleaners, handymen, etc.) through our lead generation system. When you request a quote, your contact and move details are shared with the selected provider. packd does not employ, endorse, or guarantee the quality, reliability, or pricing of any third-party provider. Any agreement or transaction between you and a service provider is solely between you and that provider. packd may receive referral fees or commissions from service providers.
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, documents, notes). By uploading content, you grant packd a limited license to store, display, and process that content as necessary to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, packd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
